Eleanor studied acupuncture at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture & completed her degree at the University of East London. She also studied & worked in China obtaining a certificate in clinical practice from the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing, China.
She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), a voluntary register that has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA). This Accredited Voluntary Registration scheme was set up by the government to improve standards & safety for the benefit of the public & demonstrates her commitment to high professional standards, to enhancing safety & delivering a better service. She is covered by full public indemnity & liability insurance.
Alongside Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncture, she is skilled in trigger-point acupuncture & massage (for musculoskeletal problems), electro-acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, cupping, gua sha & moxibustion.
Having previously worked in various clinics & community multi-bed clinics in the South East, Eleanor now works in & around Hastings & St Leonards, Bexhill, Eastbourne & Battle in East Sussex.
