We used Thomas and his team for fairly extensive renovations to our home. This involved fitting 5 new bathrooms and skylights, altering room layouts, laying wooden flooring, and converting part of our garage into a utility room. We could not have been more fortunate to have Thomas and his team carry out the work that they did. They completed the whole thing to an incredibly high standard—a very hard-working team that was also very tidy and polite. Thomas is a perfectionist, and we cannot thank you and your team enough for the work you have carried out for us. You have completely transformed our home.

TP renovated our whole downstairs, including new flooring, kitchen fitting, changing the layout and adding bifold doors and decking in our garden. Job done on time at a good price. Thomas and his team put a load of hard work in, decent guys and we're very pleased with the result. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the extensive work done in my house in Cramond by TP Exclusive Bathrooms and Interiors. The estimates were reasonable. The work was carried out efficiently. Thomas and his team responded to problems encountered on the way with professional expertise and calm. I am delighted with the results and would highly recommend them.

Outstanding service and high quality finish My wife and I were looking to completely re-do our small en-suite shower room to make it a large bathroom pre Christmas (although we only contacted Thomas in mid December). The scope of the job was not straightforward and had potential to be tricky, as it included knocking through a wall into a seldom-used walk in wardrobe in order to enlarge the bathroom, installing a new bath and a shower, and completely re tiling the bathroom. Nevertheless one of the key things we wanted was for the job to be done before Christmas, which Thomas promised would be done - and he kept his promise. Thomas came out to give us a quote and listened clearly to what we wanted to do. He was very clear on how he and his team could achieve what we wanted, gave us a very detailed fee quote, making clear the cost for everything, and was happy to start the very next week due to a late cancellation he had. Midway through the job we were so happy with the work Thomas and his team were doing that we asked them to completely redo our downstairs WC in addition. Given this late increase in scope, we would’ve understood if the work had run past Christmas. However, the team worked tirelessly over the lead up to Christmas to make sure both jobs were completed on time and to a high standard, and even worked late on Christmas Eve to make sure that both the bathroom and the WC were completed and available for use over Christmas. I could write a lot of positive things but it’d take up too much space so i will quickly summarise in bullets: - they turned up on time every day and were extremely punctual; - They worked late (with our permission) every day; - we were very impressed with their approach to tidy working and leaving the house as tidy as it could be in the circumstances - every evening they hoovered and cleared the area where they had been working (save for leaving larger tools and equipment which would be required every day); - throughout the job the team showed great attention to detail, especially when tiling; - they came up with great ideas midway through the project which added very little cost but added a fantastic ‘wow’ factor to our bathroom - we now have LED lights, 2 alcoves and a fantastic black marble wall feature, all of which were added at little expense but with great vision from Thomas and his team; and - They kept to their original quote and made clear where changes in design would result in additional costs, prior to obtaining our confirmation that we wanted to proceed. This was extremely helpful as we were very cost conscious when commissioning this work. Overall we were delighted with the quality of service and finish provided - my wife’s parents and my parents have already asked Thomas for his team to come out and redo their bathrooms!
