Fez really listened to our ideas (We had a lot and knew what we wanted), offered brilliant suggestions, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. If you are looking for a beautiful new kitchen and a team that genuinely cares, we highly recommend KTF Kitchens!

Pinch me… I must be dreaming! ✨ This is truly my dream kitchen, and I still can’t quite believe that KTF have made it a reality. Everything feels so bespoke and exactly how I imagined it. A huge thank you to Chris for designing the space and really listening to all of my (many!) requirements — he brought every idea to life perfectly. And a big thank you to Tony and Adam for fitting it. Hands down, they are some of the best tradespeople I’ve ever worked with. Nothing has been too much trouble, every little issue or challenge has been solved quickly, and the care and attention to detail has been incredible. I absolutely love all the special touches — my dream pantry cupboard that lights up, the beautiful surround around the oven, and the lighting that makes everything feel extra special. It’s all just stunning. I honestly couldn’t be happier — thank you so much for creating a kitchen that feels like something out of a dream!

We recently purchased a kitchen from KTF in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, and I can honestly say the entire experience has been outstanding from start to finish. From the very beginning, the planning process was handled with great care and attention to detail. Every requirement we had was listened to and thoughtfully incorporated, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. The end result reflects that level of preparation perfectly. The quality of the kitchen itself is excellent, and the fitting was carried out to a very high standard. Everything was installed smoothly and professionally, with real attention to detail throughout. A special mention has to go to Fez, who we dealt with throughout the process. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and, importantly, honest from day one. He went above and beyond to make everything as straightforward and stress-free as possible. His guidance and expertise made a huge difference, and it really felt like he genuinely cared about getting everything just right for us. We were also really impressed with the pricing. Compared to bigger companies like Wren Kitchens and Howdens, KTF offered exceptional value for money without compromising on quality at all. Finally, a special shout out to Gaz, the kitchen fitter, whose workmanship was absolutely top class. His professionalism, attention to detail, and the care he took throughout the installation really stood out. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work, and the finished result speaks for itself. Thanks to Fez, Gaz, and the whole team, my wife’s dream kitchen has become a reality, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. I would highly recommend KTF to anyone looking for a quality kitchen and a smooth, well-managed experience.

Really pleased with our kitchen from KTF, from the moment we had our first design appointment we were made to feel welcome by our designer, Chris. We had several appointments and were never rushed to make decisions. Our fitter, Dan was great and was also incredibly patient, he sorted any issues really quickly. We did have a couple of issues to be expected with a new kitchen but these were always rectified really quickly. The customer service was great and we really felt valued a customer. I would definitely recommend KTF kitchens for that personal touch.

We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen! From the very first meeting at our house Mark from KTF & Tony the fitter made us feel listened to and fully supported. They both took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and then came up with a design that was even better than we had imagined! Lots of phone calls emails & tweaks later, Ash had everything co-ordinated, the units & appliances arrived promptly. No soon as our old kitchen was ripped out, Ash dispatched the delivery team & the new units arrived. The installation began & went smoothly, even with a last minute change of flooring on day 1 😳 Tony & Adam soon ripped it up & thanks to Ash & his team It was quickly organised & didn’t disrupt or delay the fitting process. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly, professional and took real pride in their work. Their attention to detail is superb, so much so, the quality of the finished kitchen is outstanding 🤩 It’s completely transformed our home and we genuinely enjoy spending time in it every day, although I’m still trying to find where I’ve put things 😂 A huge thank you to everyone involved: Mark, Ash & the whole team at KTF, plus Tony & Adam who were comfortable within our home, for making the whole experience so easy and stress-free. We would happily recommend Ash & his KTF team to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality kitchen and excellent customer service - well done to all 🙌
