Sundaram Home Finance Limited

I have taken finance for car after due and got NOC. From my part as a customer I have completed all my formalities where as Sundaram finance they failed to return back my security cheque. Still they making me to run too and fro and no proper response over phone. Worst service, No Discipline, failed prudence, not found any humanity, no honesty to return back my security cheque they blaming me. Really worst finance management. Lacking in security.

Mr. Ravi Branch manager doesn't know how to handle customer. He doesn't know the work process of the Sundaram finance not even as that of a fresh telephone operating executive. He is very harsh and arrogant by telling lies. Not able to maintain customer record. He always blaming his subordinate, raising voice to the customer, scolding his assistant in front of the customer. Worst attitude.worst management

Worst experience with sundaram Home finance, malleshwaram branch, Bangalore. Ravi, Santosh and vidya torturing me for home loan documents. We spent more than 8000 for print outs and courier. Please help us, still our loan is not availed.

Such a bad experience, employees including the executives are irresponsible. Even for releasing the cheque for housing loan, they do not follow any standard procedure, making the customers hell. It is a warning to all who are thinking to go for home loan with Sundaram finance. Kindly avoid it.
