It’s not often a beautiful cake features at a funeral wake. But this gorgeous chocolate ganache with chantilly cream and butter icing was a very fitting centrepiece for this occasion. The deceased would have had the biggest smile seeing the guests coming back for more. A delicious cake, good job Martin.
