Bagels used to be consistently fresh and very good, but lately the quality has declined. They’re often hard, and the fillings—especially pistachio—are very inconsistent. Some bagels barely have any filling at all.
I politely mentioned this to one of the staff members, but the response was that “sometimes it’s like that and there’s nothing we can do,” which was disappointing. From a customer’s perspective, it doesn’t feel fair to receive an underfilled or stale bagel, especially when consistency and quality are what made this place stand out before.
I really hope the bagels can be made fresh every day and that the filling quality becomes consistent again, because this place used to be excellent and I’d love to keep coming back.
