Cake Trays is a made to order cake bakery serving East London and Romford. We freshly bake Birthday Cakes, Heart Cakes, Wedding and Nikkah Cakes, Milk Cake Trays (tres leches), School Cake Trays and classic Tray Bakes, with custom messages and designs available.
We offer Same Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery on selected cakes, plus pre booked delivery slots for planned celebrations. Delivery areas include Romford, Ilford, Dagenham, Barking, East Ham, Walthamstow, Leyton, Woodford, South Woodford, Chigwell, Hainault, Stratford, Manor Park, Plaistow and Forest Gate.

Used Cake Trays a couple of times now and they’ve been spot on every time. First order was a last minute birthday cake and they still managed same day delivery to Ilford, the cake looked really pretty and the sponge was actually soft and fresh. Next time I tried a heart cake and a milk cake tray for family coming over and both went in minutes. It’s just nice having a local place you can rely on for birthday cakes, heart cakes and cake delivery with proper same day or next day options. Easy 5 stars from me.

Despite the overall look, I was not pleased that the inscription colour did not match the colour of the bows (as requested). However, when I raised this via email, the interaction was very positive. They even addressed the crack.
They offered a partial refund and a discount for my next cake order. Overall, I am happy with the service.
The taste of the vanilla sponge + strawberry jam cake is absolutely amazing.

I ordered a Vintage Heart Cake for my sister and the whole process was flawless. We opted for next day delivery to Dagenham and it arrived right on time and in perfect condition. The buttercream design was absolutely stunning and the cake itself was so fresh. It is easily the best birthday cake delivery service we have used. 5 stars for sure.

Got it for an 18th birthday and decided to do something different from a traditional cake… best decision ever!
Everyone absolutely devoured it 🤣🤣🤣 I only managed to get a photo before it was cut (we bought two!), and now there are basically 4 slices left — that says everything. It was soft, rich, and insanely delicious.
We all loved it so much. Highly recommended 💯 and I will definitely be returning again!
