This review is for the non Indians. I read the reviews and trusted them but honestly this was the worst massage in the history of massages I have ever received and I am not lying. I am used to used to getting professional massages in the US and all around the world. The first massage girl, can’t even call them a therapist, was just rubbing on my skin and had to ask her to stop as it was burning my skin. I had asked for a deep tissue and paid for 90 mins at 4500 rupees. They sent a second girl who was stronger but also lacked the skills. She stopped the massage after 45 mins and then said the rest would be for shower time. She even asked me if I need special service which I don’t know what she meant by. Also something bit me mid massage but she said it’s nothing and continued. She left the room twice to go drink water and I asked for a restroom and she made me pee in the shower area asking if I wanted number one or two. Then after I took a quick shower I saw a small roach coming out of the bed like mattress and climbed on the brown cabinet which I took a picture of. . I am honestly disgusted by this experience. Maybe it’s ok for Indians but this is not acceptable for anyone truly. No wonder they asked us to pay them when we first arrived. Also they made me wait 20 mins in the room before anyone showed up. I am shaking after this nasty experience. I have lost my trust for google reviews in Mumbai now. Truly the worst experience of my life.

Very mediocre. For those who can't climb stairs it is located on 2nd floor. The staff had just 2 years of experience. The shower tiles are slippery. Also you pay before the service is provided and if you add any additional service you have to pay whilst you are massage room itself. Very unprofessional. For the amount charged the service was not upto the mark.
