am writing to formally raise serious concerns regarding Mr. Ramesh, who is presented as a BIM Operation Relation Manager in the UK under your organization. Based on my direct experience, I have encountered multiple issues that I believe require your urgent attention. These include concerns about financial dealings, unprofessional and aggressive behaviour toward clients, and conduct that raises questions about professionalism and integrity. I have also been made aware of issues relating to unauthorized subletting, which appear to have resulted in eviction by a landlord. This situation has caused significant financial and emotional distress to me and my family, particularly as I have a young child. Due to the seriousness of these matters, I have reported my concerns to the relevant authorities, including the council and the police. I would also like to formally request your assistance in recovering £500 that I paid, for which I can provide full proof of transaction and supporting evidence. Additionally, I am concerned that Mr. Ramesh may continue to engage with others in a similar manner, as I understand he may already be seeking new accommodation arrangements. I have personally experienced behaviour that I found distressing and inappropriate, and I believe these concerns warrant a thorough and impartial investigation. As a woman and a client, I respectfully request that this matter is taken seriously. I am willing to provide all necessary evidence, including records of communication and other documentation, to support my claims. I am also concerned about the potential impact on your organization’s reputation, particularly in a professional environment such as London, where ethical conduct and accountability are essential. I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently, take appropriate action, and assist in resolving my financial loss. I look forward to your response.
