Happy Building

We have recently been working with Geo and Happy Building and have just completed Stage 1, the design development stage. Geo was excellent at listening to what we wanted and needed for our home and then translating that vision clearly onto paper. He produced two fantastic designs for us, both of which worked really well and included all the elements we had discussed. Each design carefully considered the function of the spaces, how they would evolve over time, and the flow across each floor. Geo helped us draw together the most effective aspects of each design and finalise a plan that felt perfect for our home. The process was enjoyable throughout, and he kept us informed at every stage, explaining what was happening and what we needed to do next. We never felt confused or unclear about the process. Geo was friendly, approachable, and always happy to answer our many questions. We felt very well supported by him and the wider Happy Building team throughout. We would certainly recommend Stage 1 at Happy Building, and Happy Building more generally, to other homeowners. The team provides an extremely high-quality service, and we are looking forward to moving on to Stage 2.

We have just completed the stage 01 (planning stage) phase with Happy Building and are very pleased with their work. The team are extremely friendly and knowledgable and Geo in particular has been very supportive (and patient!) during the process, as we were not really sure what we wanted at the start of the project. Geo has provided us with 2 amazing options and then helped us to incorporate the important features into our final design. The whole process is well defined and clearly explained and consequently we feel supported and well-guided as we embark on what we feel is quite a considerable remodel on our downstairs living space.

Happy Building London delivered a full rebuild and refurbishment of our home — including air-source heat pump with underfloor heating and extensive bespoke joinery — to a very high standard. Excellent workmanship, a stable site team, weekly written progress updates, and every change priced transparently before any work started. Issues were flagged to us proactively rather than hidden. For a substantial rebuild, we'd recommend them without hesitation.
