Review update: Aug 23 - Mountain OV contacted us based on this review and resolved the issue with our water filter system- They had an issue with their email communication apparently.
We will see how the latest instal goes.
We had a 3 part whole house water filter system installed in Jan 23.
We have emailed MountainOV several times to get assistance and their chat bot on their site - no reply. They don't have a customer service phone - would recommend they instal one. But in fairness, they did resolve the issue on this occasion and we hope to have ongoing support from now on.

We have had a filter installed on 4th of January of this year and the system seems to work very good. We do have a bit of limescale but mountain ov have told us the filters need to be replaced sooner than manufacturers recommendation of 8 months. After replacing our limescale filter we no longer have the limescale issue which tends to come after 3-4 months of usage.
