Repairs are charged at a fixed price of £65 unless parts are unavailable or to expensive only a £35 call-out charge will be required. (parts are not included). Matt arrived well prepared with all of the correct information and knowledge and was very polite and pleasant to deal with. He ordered the part which was available quickly for a small extra fee and we were up and running with a working oven within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend his service to others and would definitely be re-booking him for any other issues with other appliances. All in all, perfect service. Quick, efficient, reasonable price, and a genuinely nice person to deal with.

Would highly recommend Matt, I had trouble with my dishwasher. Matt reacted promptly, turned up when arranged and was easy to talk to, got the job done successfully and was reasonably priced. Would recommend him to my family and friends and will definitely use him again if needed in the future.
