We used Domex to repair a broken dishwasher. Uday arrived on time and was very courteous, and quick and efficient at diagnosing the problem with the dishwasher and finding a solution. The whole process from organising the repair to final payment has been seamless and reasonably priced. We've had good communication from Domex throughout the whole process. I'm a happy customer and would definitely use their services again :)

This is the gold standard for domestic appliance repair in the South. Domex recently repaired our Caple extractor hood and, while it required a few visits, their team were consistently thorough, highly knowledgeable and courteous throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Domex for Caple or any other appliance repairs.

Excellent service from Domex! I’d been dealing with a fault on my American fridge freezer for over six months, and although LG sent engineers twice, they couldn’t fix it.
Domex quickly diagnosed the problem, and carried out the repair efficiently and professionally. After months of frustration, my fridge freezer is finally working perfectly again.
The engineer was knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly experienced. I’m very impressed and would highly recommend Domex.

Tried calling thrice (10am-1pm Monday) to get some clarity before scheduling a repair appointment for my oven. Wasn't able to reach anybody or get a callback.
I called the Siemens service instead, and spoke to a helpful person immediately. Siemens told me they automatically reserve parts to try to complete a repair on the first visit, whereas Domex appears to schedule a follow-up to come back with parts. I guess I'll be going with Siemens who are around the same price (£119 incl. VAT inside the M25).
