I am a fully qualified mobility scooter, powerchair and patient hoist engineer. These qualifications cover sales, servicing, repairs and diagnostics on all makes and models of profiling beds, hoists, mobility scooters, power chairs, manual wheel chairs, walkers and walking frames. LOLER: Patient Lifting Devices Maintenance and Inspections, all inspections and maintenance are carried out as per the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations.

PUWER: Equipment used by patients are maintained and inspected as per the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998
PAT Testing: Portable Appliance Testing is the process of checking electrical appliances for safety through a series of visual inspections and electronic tests. PAT Testing, business’ that serve the general public, i.e Hotels, Care Homes & Holiday Lets, Schools, Offices and many more need PAT test carried out annually.

Our technician carries out annual servicing of all makes and models of mobility scooters. We visit you at your premises to carry out a comprehensive check of all scooter components. We can fix any identified problems whilst on-site and give your scooter a fine tune to ensure it continues to run smoothly. As well as making sure it’s still comfortable for you to use.
Our mobility scooter service includes:
Testing the scooter batteries and battery charger
Checking and testing the motor and components
Checking tyres and rims for damage, wear and tear, correct inflation
Testing brakes and suspension
Grease and lubrication of all moving parts
Checking lights and indicators are working correctly
Ensuring steering tiller and adjustable seats are set correctly and working properly
