I had a fantastic experience at Kasa. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly yet professional, creating a welcoming environment where I immediately felt at ease. They were incredibly personable and genuinely make you feel like part of a family rather than just another appointment on the schedule. What stood out the most was the genuine interest they took in me as an individual. The care I received was clearly tailored to my specific needs rather than a one-size-fits-all. I initially came in with back pains, sleeping issues, digestive problems and frequent headaches. After my first course of treatment, I could already feel a noticeable difference in my body overall. All of my issues were resolved, and my general well-being improved significantly. I'm truly I'm pressed with the results and feel so grateful for the care and attention I received. I look forward to continuing to work with the team to maintain the progress made. A huge thank you to Charlie and Kasa for their care, professionalism, and support - I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Wes has been absolutely brilliant at helping me through a shoulder injury. He’s treated me with a range of treatments including massage and needling, and has been super helpful at giving me rehab exercises and advising what movements I should and shouldn’t do in the gym. I’ve been amazed at how well the injury has healed. And also he’s a really nice guy and incredibly patient. Thanks so much!

I've had a great experience with David at Kasa. Not only have the regular adjustments helped but he has pro-actively given me exercises to do and made recommendations about everything from desks to footwear! Its all made a massive difference and I'm sleeping better too! Thanks!

The treatment itself was great and would have been a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, my interactions with the receptionist affected my overall impression. On two separate occasions I was asked to pay for sessions that were already included in a package I had agreed with the chiropractor. When I later asked about prices as I couldn’t continue further packages, the response felt quite frosty and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Some of us have life changing situations which can affect our decisions or situation and so a little more kindness would have made a big difference.
