The free grants are for property’s that are Heated by means of gas , the boiler had to be either non condensed or back boiler.

(Mainly boilers over 22 years old )

Anyone in the household whom has a health condition, benefits or low income can apply in certain areas

Liverpool. North Wales, Birmingham, Manchester , etc

The property has to be of a EPC rating of F or G (we can check for you )

If you have had any eco grants in the last 15 years then would not be qualify .

There is minimal funding for this scheme.

(We cannot accept any flats or park homes ).
