Requirements to Get Started To maintain our impeccable reputation across Bradford, we look for individuals who possess a genuine potential for excellence. To apply, you must: Be aged 22 or over. Live in Bradford or surrounding areas Have held a full UK driving licence for at least 3.5 years (with no disqualifications). Pass an Enhanced DBS check. Have excellent communication skills and a patient, understanding nature. The Path to Qualification The qualification process is structured into three essential parts. Depending on your pace and commitment, training usually takes between 3 to 18 months: Part 1: Theory & Hazard Perception – Mastering advanced theory and road safety knowledge. Part 2: Practical Driving Ability – Demonstrating an expert, faultless level of driving skill. Part 3: Practical Instruction Ability – Mastering the art of teaching others to drive effectively.
