Bathroom fitter - someone who can tile, plumb, plaster and fit shower, sink and toilet.

Hi, single mum here who needs someone to come and plumb, tile, plaster and finish off the bathroom. I have very few funds but looking for someone who is happy to take some payment in 'kind' massages etc...if you have the skills to fit, plumb, tile and finish a bathroom in your spare time around other jobs and open minded about payment methods, let me know. I will provide the tiles, shower, sink, etc...i would just need you to sorce the grout, extra bits and do the labour...
