We are the second owners of this caravan which we purchased in 2020. Caravan originally purchased new from Penrose Caravans, Cornwall.

The caravan has been thoroughly loved by ourselves and the previous owners, which is evident in the superb condition. The van has been maintained to a very high standard and has full service history and is Cris registered. The last service in March 2026 included new brakes and tyres.

The van has never been towed without a front towing cover and has no stone chips to the front anywhere. Towing cover included in the sale.

The caravan has no nasty marks, dents or scratches.

This caravan has never been smoked in or had any pets in since new.

The sale will include all original folders and booklets and two sets of keys.

The van is fitted with a motor mover, Alde wet central heating system, Al-Ko anti snake towing device, Gas-Lo LPG conversion system, Fiamma sun canopy, a Protec winter cover that allows light to the solar panel on the roof, Al-Ko wheel lock and ball hitch cover. The hob has three gas plates and one electric plate.

The caravan is located on the outskirts of Exeter, at our property.
