Lovely, clean, well maintained, 4 berth caravan, twin fixed single beds, with lots of extras and motor mover. Ready to take away on holiday. Reluctantly being sold due to family illness.

Full service history, with invoices for repairs when required. My parents have owned it since the caravan was 6 months old. No pets, children or smokers.

Layout - front lounge contains two sofas that convert to double bed or two small singles with a set of drawers with occasional pull out table. Kitchen area in the middle of caravan creates a feeling of openness as you enter. Towards the back of the van are the two fixed single beds with tons of storage, both in lockers and under the beds. A full width washroom at the rear with separate shower, toilet and washbasin.

Caravan contains - Microwave, 3 way fridge with removable freezer compartment, gas 4 ring hob, grill and oven, large kitchen sink with drainer and chopping board, wet programmable central heating, Thetford toilet in the huge rear washroom, washing basket, wardrobe, Al-Ko wheel lock, hitch lock, radio and speakers, loose carpets, 2 gas cylinders (one full, the other partially full), internal water tank, large battery, motor mover, battery charger, double caravan step, alarm, 4 keys and manual.

Aqua roll with handle and storage bag, wastemaster with waste piping and storage bag, aqua roll mains adaptor kit with extension hose and hose attachments, waste piping for connection to external drain, Flow caravan drain down kit.

Bradcot porch awning, 155cm deep by 200cm wide, aluminium poles, curtains, pegs and mallet, instructions, storage bags, rubber door mats. External 240v socket, external gas point and adapter to fit to a gas bbq.

Milenco 6W solar panel, Milenco triple ramp and bag, car towing mirrors, warning triangle, nose weight gauge, tool set, spare parts. Mover and remote. Electric hook up cable, socket to plug caravan into house, steady winder, spare wheel.

TV aerial, TV with remote, lightweight folding rotary washing line, pegs and peg bag, over window clothes airer. Two TV points and 12v socket. All internal and external lights in working order.

Melamine plates, bowls, dinner plates and side plates, plastic glasses, electric kettle, gas kettle.

Caravan cleaning kit consisting of extendable brush, sponge, bucket, watering can, vacuum cleaner with attachments, dustpan and brush, new bottle of toilet fluid.

Inside in very good condition based on age. No marks on upholstery or mattresses. Fabric protection has been applied to seating area. All blinds and fly screens working and intact including across door. Privacy screen and blind between kitchen and bedroom. Some minor scratches in woodwork as expected for the age of the caravan. No mould in bathroom or fridge. Externally, there are some scratches due to overhanging branches which can only be seen in some lights. A small crack in the moulding on the front near side fascia which has been filled. Otherwise, externally, as expected for age of van.
