For sale is my Bailey unicorn Cartagena

This is currently sited on an adults only park in Retford, Nottingham and I’m about 2 1/2 hours away so please only commit to viewing if you are seriously interested. Will give you any information you need just ask ☺️. I’m sure there can be an agreement for the new owner to remain on site for the rest of the already paid fee up till November this year. It’s a fully serviced pitch, sized very generously open all year round no need to vacate for any reason you can come and go as and when you please. There is a warden on site and it’s entrance/exit on site by barrier that requires a fob. When I purchased it I had a motor mover added on by the seller and I believe there is still one more year left of the extended warranty I purchased that I can also have swapped over to the new owner on the day of purchase to get it sorted and done with.

It’s recently been serviced june 2026 including the heating fluid completely drained, whole system flushed and replaced with new fluid with extra left for top up if needed however not used since being serviced it’s also had a new gas regulator, Service alone came to over £600 in June this year.

It’s CRIS registered in my name and will swap it over on the day of purchase with the new owner present to get it sorted and done out the way.

I believe that it’s priced fairly at 17k but please do drop me a message, let’s talk and take it from there. I always wanted one, finally got one and now have to let it go until I can get another. I’ve looked after it as well as I can in the short time I’ve had it and it has not been towed much at all. Before I collected it the caravan seller replaced all 4 tyres and put a new leisure battery in so the solar panel is all working as it should never any issues.
