For sale is our 1999 Bailey Pageant Champagne caravan. It is overall in good condition for its age and comes completely loaded with everything you need to start caravanning immediately. Perfect for beginners or as a project van.

Layout:

Front lounge converts into a large double bed. Side dinette converts into a single bed with the original flip up bunk with included ladder. Spacious full-width rear washroom with separate shower cubicle, cassette toilet and wardrobe. Grade 2 thermal insulated.

known Faults:

1 Cracket window on the outside of the double glazing. doesn't leak inside. Its on off side.

The central heating system is currently not working (Air blower needs attention).

Kitchen door window is not airtight, but not leaking into van.

cracket shower door as we use as storage.

I would like £1500 which is a fair price with all the extras that comes with it.
