Welcome to the sale of my touring caravan.

The caravan is on an Al-Ko chassis and features a Al-Ko AKS 3004 stabilizer which has recently had the friction pads replaced also the genuine Al-Ko security device (hitch lock). With the full instruction manual. New, Maypole Jockey wheel, complete assembly May 2026.

Hankook tyres fitted. I also have the Nemesis FNU200 ultra wheel lock which is Thatcham quality assured.

Motor Mover - The Al-Ko chassis also has the Powerwheel remote control caravan moving system installed and has the Powertouch Remote Control.

The caravan has a front seating area which can also be set up as a double bed. There is also under seat storage and cupboards above. The center unit incorporates a draw at the top and a cupboard at the bottom also a slide out extension to be used as a table for two people. There is a table that can be set up which allows four to six people to sit around it. The table has its own compartment to the right hand side of the fridge so out of the way when not in use.

There is a dinette for two people, removable table, under seat storage and cupboards above. The Dinette can be set up to become two single bunk beds. I also have plastic seat covers for both areas.

Kitchen area features a gas oven and hob, sink with draining board and a Thetford Refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The fridge will run on 240v / 12v electric or gas.

The large end shower room has a Thetford chemical toilet and flushing system, the Chemicals are included in this sale, enclosed shower cubical, basin with vanity unit and a fitted wardrobe with hanging space to the right ample storage at the bottom and shelving on the left.

Removable loose fit carpets throughout.

To serve the Kitchen and shower room with hot and cold running water there is an onboard Shurflo fresh water pump situated under the seating area.

The hot water is fed from a Truma Ultrastore water heater. Gas or electric can be used to heat the water via this unit.

The heating is provided via a Truma Trumatic Ultraheat which can be run via gas or electric.

Avondale avenger alarm factory fitted.

All of the windows and sky lights have black out blinds and flyscreen’s fitted.

Outside features an outside light, external gas bbq point, 240v plug socket and front locker compartment.

Included in this sale as a Camptech Savanna DL Seasonal Pitch Luxury Full Awning. In addition to this I also have the Camptech Standard Annex and inner bedroom tent. Both new in 2022. Full Awning used 5 times on average 5 – 7 days at a time and Annex and inner tent used once for 2 nights. Both cleaned every time before putting away in their storage bags.

For inside the awning included in this sale there is a Paradise luxury awning carpet Moroccan style ground sheet. Inflatable double sofa couch and single lounger chair with foot stool.

When the caravan is not in use I have the Maypole 4-ply premium breathable full caravan cover with matching hitch cover in the colour green. New in 2023. I also have the Maypole top cover new in 2023.

I also have the awning rail protector strip for both sides, new unused still in packaging brought May 2026.

There is a leisure battery and two 6kg gas bottles included. One gas bottle is full and the other is around half full.

I have the electric hook up cable and the fresh water aqua roll with handle and waste water hog with all of the fittings included, new in 2021. I also have the leveling chocks.

I have the manuals for the caravan and appliances from when the caravan was new.

I have tried to list everything the caravan features and what it comes with. The caravan is in really good condition and everything works as it should. I have kept up with the maintenance and brought new when anything needs replacing and always brands / good quality.

Genuine reason for sale as I have owned for many years and enjoyed every trip away but now as the children have grown up its time to say good bye to our home away from home.
