It’s sited on a Thameside pitch next to just a few rows back from the sea wall promenade, and there’s a hedge-row behind for privacy and parking allowed outside. It's very close to the park’s Marina Bar, and a 6-7 minute flat walk to the main facilities. The park operates a 10 month owner season, and doesn’t enforce any age limits for caravans.

Reduced for a quick sale to £27,000 which includes the site fees for the park's owner-transfer fee, and new gas & electric safety certificates. The buyer would also need to arrange site fees for the remainder of the season (they were £8040 for the full year).

The caravan is in great condition and is only being sold because it’s not getting used. It has never been rented out although it would be acceptable for the park’s fully managed sublet service.
