Salary: £33,000–£35,000 + Company Car

The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced Area Manager to join a growing and successful retail business.
You will oversee multiple locations, develop Retail Managers, drive commercial performance and ensure consistently high standards of customer service, operations and compliance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on retail leader who enjoys developing people, improving performance and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop Retail Managers and their teams
Drive sales, profitability and KPI performance
Analyse performance and identify commercial opportunities
Maintain excellent customer service and operational standards
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
Support business improvement and growth initiatives
Build high-performing teams across multiple locations
Work closely with senior management to deliver business objectives
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Area Management, Multi-Site Retail or Retail Operations
Proven track record of delivering commercial results
Strong leadership, coaching and people-development skills
Customer-focused with excellent operational awareness
Confident using KPIs and data to drive performance
Strong organisational and communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Minimum 3 years' retail sales experience
