1985 Royal H1 model
Sable colour
You won't find one restored to this extent, cheaper anywhere else
All my stoves have an extensive restoration (approximately 200 hours)
very cheap to run and maintain (if burning wood) save a fortune on your heating bills
very efficient and economical
very low service cost (our one has never cost more than £2 every year to service in the 18 years we have had it)
wood is available freely, you don't see oil or gas for free.
we burn woodchip on ours overnight
Multi fuel capability of a Rayburn, but fuels the same way as an AGA.
no electric needed to work
approx size
20 1/4'' deep 22 3/4'' inc rail
33'' wide
32 1/4'' high (to hob)
standard 5'' flue fitting
Has the standard boiler that will run 2 -3 rads DHW
It has been pressure tested to 4 bar.
I can remove the boiler and replace it with bricks if you want a cooker only model.
(No extra charge if i keep the boiler)
loads of new parts including
firebricks
grate,
X frame,
grate surround,
riddle mechanism,
fibreglass rope seals,
quality steel double seam welded fluebox, top outlet only (not one of the thin spot welded ones rayburn supply)
(the flue box is not enamelled, but high heat paint finish)
the oven gauge has been tested
includes tools and operating instructions
has a few chips in the enamel as you would expect with a used stove. But as its brown they are not so noticeable.
otherwise in great condition all round, really clean and tidy
would not look out of place in a brand new kitchen
the top is a bit scratched as you would expect with a used stove
solid fuelled, will burn wood OK but as they have small aperture (4 3/4'') it has to be small (2x4" is OK up to 18" long)
we have been running one of these versions since 2008 (nouvelle based one)
does not get the horrible staining between the doors that front loading ones get, also less likely to get sparks flying out and burning your carpet.
This is ready to install and use straight away unlike most that are advertised.
restored by a second generation stove builder / restorer
we have been involved with rayburns since the 1960's so know them inside out
i have a crane on my truck so can easily load it up (see last photo)
free delivery within 50 miles (may deliver slightly further)
NO, slightly further does not mean Scotland, Wales, Lands end or France.......
I can take it into your house, but no longer do installations
delivered in style on a 1969 soviet army truck
