Full service history. Last service June 2026 by an Approved Workshop, confirming no issues and no damp damage.

Adria caravans have a reputation for being robustly built. This model is compact, low weight and has a stylish interior with a large panoramic window which enhances the light and airy layout. All windows have blinds and flyscreens.

There is a well-appointed rear kitchen with a Dometic 3-burner hob and a Thetford oven-grill. The stainless steel sink unit has drainer and chopping board accessories. There is a Thetford N3000-A series fridge freezer with good capacity, that operates on electric and gas. Truma S 3004 heater (electric & gas) - very effective even in cold winter temperatures. Truma BGE10 boiler hot water (electric and gas). All are in excellent working condition.

The wet room has a shower, fold-out sink and Thetford toilet. The closed sink and shower curtain enable a very comfortable shower area. There is good storage capacity in the bathroom.

An audio system is built in, with radio and speakers that have Bluetooth functionality. There is also a mounted TV and DVD system. Smoke and CO2 alarms are fitted. There are plug sockets in the kitchen and living areas.

There is a comfortable lounge with a small fold out table or a larger quality dining table which is stowed in the wardrobe. In addition to the usual overhead and kitchen lights there are LED ambient lighting strips and LED reading lights, all of which create a versatile area for seating and sleeping inside. There is an outside awning light.

Flexible sleeping arrangements are formed by either two single beds, or one large king-size bed plus a fold out bunk (never used and still in plastic packaging).

There is plenty of internal storage available in lockers, drawers and shelves. One locker has access from inside and outside, useful for outdoor equipment. The outside front locker has plenty of storage and belts for 2 gas bottles.

Outside there is a Powertouch Motor Mover with remote, AL-KO Axle, AKS anti-snaking device and stabliser. The A-frame is suitable for an appropriate bike carrier.

This small caravan is easy to tow and store, it has been lovingly looked after and we are sorry to have to sell. There are a number of accessories included which include gas bottles, electric hook up, fresh water and waste aquarolls, a whale pump and a small porch awning.
