ABI Horizon 2016 static caravan for private sale at Haven's littlesea Holiday Park, Weymouth.

The caravan is a 3-bedroom (8-berth) model with built-in electric heating. It’s in lovely condition throughout and is sited on the Meadows area of the park which is away from the main entertainment area and a nice area of the park. The park runs a 9 month season.

Bought new in 2018 and not used during covid year. So still in very good condition.

It’s for sale at £12500 which includes the park’s owner transfer fee and new gas & electric safety certificates. There's also a lock-up box at the rear included. The buyer will also need to pay site fees for the remainder of this season. This caravan has achieved rentals for £900-£1000 per week during the summer peak season if you were looking for help with the site fees. 

The caravan is a good size at 36ft x 12ft and has a spacious open-plan layout. The lounge has a large front window, a large built-in corner-sofa (with a pull-out bed beneath) and a matching dining area, an electric fire, and a TV unit with lots of storage. There’s a lot of floor space for children to play, and lots of seating for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is a galley style with storage on each side, and a gas cooker & hob, an under-counter fridge-freezer, and a microwave shelf. There are 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and two with twin singles), each with built-in electric heaters and their own wardrobes. Finally, there’s a large family wash-room with a shower, toilet, heated towel rail and a sink and a handy separate second toilet.
