2019 Specialized Crosstrail Hydraulic Disc Gloss Blue/Black. Needs work.

I purchased this cycle from Evan’s in 2020 and used it maybe 4 or 5 times in the first year. It’s been in my garage since and as such does need work doing before it’s ready to ride as it’s seized up a little from non use and gear handles have paint peeling off. I paid £600 for the bike new (it’s more new these days) and I’ve had a quote of approx £130 to get it back and running in good order. I have all the original instructions etc.
