Well looked after low mileage example of this classic 4.4 litre V8 X5 

Great investment opportunity due to these being driven to the ground and there are less and less of these on the road each year

Fully serviced (every 3500miles in my ownership)

Mot until 9 FEB 2027. Less than 100 miles done since last mot. 

Rear subframe replaced in 2021. Very common issue with these models - invoice of £1759. Be aware of this when purchasing X5 E53 chassis because all of them will have a rusty crusty rear subframe which will cost you half of the car’s value to fix it. Also be aware of rear Air Suspension. Few advise points for you from the BMW guy. 

Front door handle mechanism replaced with MEYLE & original bmw replacement parts

I fitted rust free BMW OEM towbar to tow with a hot tub which I done twice or maybe 3 times at max so it has not seen heavy towing ever. I have receipts & pictures to prove the date of installation. 

Drives and feels nice on the road. 

No sunroof - no leak problem & hectic expensive repairs.

The reason it’s for sale is to fund other classic BMW project/S and/or to top-up towards my dream car
