"Winnie" Bay Mare Happy Hacker

winnie is a approx 14.3h 5yo full welsh D mare, She is a lovely horse on the ground, great with children and is friendly with all people and animals.

Winnie is happy to hack out with company and is better than most old horses, will go the whole way on the buckle. She is confident in any area out hacking, beach, fields, roads, lanes, has seen road and farm traffic. however she takes confidence from her rider out alone, nothing nasty at all just low confidence.

She needs sombody with a kind, gentle approach as she relies on the rider, somone who will spend time with her. She is green in the school as her work has consisted of a lot hacking for majority of her ridden career. Having said this, she has extremely flashy paces and is well bred so would do extremely well at showing.

She needs somone who will take their time to understand her and her ways, once she trusts you she is worth her weight in gold ⭐️

great for farrier, dentist, easy to catch, lead etc.

prefers to live out 24/7, good to turn out with mares or geldings

She is for sale due to my lack of time and career choices, i cannot give her the time she deserves.

absolutely no time wasters or joy riders this is an extremely sad sale, she will only go to the best of homes as i’m in no rush to sell her at all! she will only be sold to a forever home, not as a one year project.

comes with tack and rugs at additional price.
