16hh | 9-Year-Old Bay Thoroughbred Gelding

Shelby is genuine, kind-hearted Thoroughbred gelding with a sweet nature, willing attitude, and trainable mindset. He is the type of horse who enjoys having a job and always aims to please his rider. He would suit a variety of homes, including dressage, riding club, or eventing.

He has a kind temperament and sensible outlook, he enjoys schooling in the arena and hacks out alone or in company.

We've had Shelby for the last five years, where I orginally brought him on to play polocrosse, but sadly this wasn't the sport for him.

My partner reschooled him in dressage for 6 months, before he was loaned out to a teenage boy for a year who regularly competed in online dressage, schooling and hacking.

Due to a change in circumstances the loan has ended and Shelby has spent the last 9 weeks being professionally schooled, as I do not have the time to keep him in work.

Shelby can occasionally be seen to windsuck around feed times, although mild and reflected in his price.

Good to shoe, catch, groom, tack up. Fit and ready to go.
