"Roman" Bay Gelding Family Horse

‘Gabrial’s boy’ 16.2 10 year old bay gelding.

Due to lack of time and a young family I have had to make this sad decision, ‘Roman’ is looking for a new family- specifically i am looking to give someone the chance at a brilliant little horse who is beautiful inside and out, for serious LWVTB or complete sale, this will all be done professionally and correctly including contracts and visiting the yard he will be moved to. -based in Grimston, Norfolk but happy for him to move within an hour of here.

He will only go to someone experienced and kind, 18+.

Roman is a 16.2 10 year old bay thoroughbred gelding with the biggest heart and a ‘i’ll give it a go’ attitude.

I have owned roman for four years, within this time he has done fun rides, big group hacks and some showjumping.

He has also hunted with a previous owner.

Jumping is not meant to be his main discipline however he will dip his toe into some small rounds, it’s simply not his favourite thing to do and neither was it mine so i never took it further.

He absolutely loves big long hacks and is also lovely in the school, however he is still green due to falling pregnant and a yard move since i bought him i have not had the time to commit to this fully, i did send him on schooling livery for two weeks where he was fabulous and everyone loved him! Jumped straight on and off he went after having a year off any type of work, I have videos and pictures of his time there.

He can sometimes be a tad nappy when he’s starting to come back into work however this can be worked through, firmly but kindly.

He’s happy out with mares and geldings, perfectly behaved in the stable & for vets, farriers, physio.

Good to load onto trailers and horse boxes, he’s been on a yard with machinery, pigs, dogs and young children and fine with it all.
