"Perry" Grey Mare All Rounder

Perry is a 14.2hh nearly 18year old mare who was bred on Bodmin moor

She is good for the farrier, dentist, vet, clipping +tacking up etc

She travels well however does need 5 minutes to get on the box if she hasn’t been traveled frequently

We’ve taken her to many fun rides, a handful of local shows, cross country schooling and to the beach

She’s always good when out and about and doesn’t seem bothered by new surroundings

She hacks alone and in company and is the same if ridden every day or if she’s not ridden in months

She can sometimes have a spook at something unusual but always goes past, it’s often just a quickened few steps and a snort

She’s great in open spaces, can occasionally become strong/tense but is never dangerous, she’s had complete novices learning to ride on her although I think she’d be best suited to a competent novice, she definitely isn’t a world beater but is more that happy to do low level shows, jumping etc
