"Moonie " Mare All Rounder

Moonie – 15.1h 6 year old Thoroughbred Mare

An absolute dope on a rope! 🥰

Moonie is a 15.1, 6 year-old Thoroughbred who is genuinely one of the kindest, easiest and most sensible horses I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.

She is very much an old head on young shoulders and absolutely loves a quiet, steady and uncomplicated life. For a young Thoroughbred, her temperament really is exceptional.

On the ground, moonie is an absolute pleasure. She is easy to handle and has no fuss or drama about her. She loads, clips, shoes, travels and behaves impeccably for all the usual day-to-day jobs.

Turned out with mares and geldings or is happy to be on her own.

Stables with no issues, she’s has no vices.

She also has no lumps or bumps, completely clean limbed and never been lame.

To ride

Moonie is equally lovely under saddle. She hacks beautifully alone or in company and is fantastic in open spaces. She doesn’t get strong or silly and is always snaffle mouthed.

She schools nicely on the flat, has three lovely paces.

Still a little green in the school but knows exactly what’s being asked and just does it, she’s so willing and so eager to learn!!

She has never bucked or reared!

She’d suit someone that wants just a lovely horse to hack and enjoy or she’d suit someone that wants a horse to go out competing and be a nice little alrounder.

She really is the type to turn her hoof to absolutely anything!!

I’m open to sensible offers on her for a good home, she really does deserve the absolute best.

I have videos of her hacking and schooling and some on the ground so please message me for these
