"May" Grey Filly Young Sport Horse

May is a lovely, substantial 3-year-old BWP x ISH mare, currently standing at approximately 16hh and expected to mature around 16.2hh.

She is a really attractive, quality young horse, a lovely sports-horse type and plenty of potential for someone looking for a horse to produce their own way.

May is unbroken, so she is a genuine blank canvas for someone wanting to put their own stamp on a horse from the beginning.

She has a lovely presence and is developing into a smart, athletic horse. Her breeding gives her the potential to excel in a number of disciplines, and I think she would be particularly suited to someone looking for a future eventing, showjumping or all-round competition prospect.

She is well handled and used to normal day-to-day routines. Like any 3-year-old, she can be opinionated at times and will test boundaries, so she needs a confident, experienced home that understands young horses.

May is respectful of secure post-and-rail fencing. With electric fencing, the current needs to be maintained as she can be cheeky and test the boundary if she discovers it isn’t live.

Due to a change in circumstances and now having a young baby, I feel it is the right time to find May a new home where someone can give her the time and attention she deserves and fulfil her potential. This is not a decision I have taken lightly, and finding the right home is very important to me.

I would much rather she went to someone who genuinely sees her potential and wants to produce her, rather than simply looking for a quick sale.
