Jasper is a rising 5 yo Ror, he had a few runs but after being too slow - retired sound and injury free. He has been with us ever since and was extremely easy to re-school. He has been placed at nearly every one of his Ror shows, including showing and ex racehorse challenge classes. He hacks out alone or in company, loads on a box or trailer, is good to shoe, catch, clip, etc. My 8 year old daughter can handle him. He can be brought in and ridden when all his friends are out, he is just a gent. Whilst he is doing well with his re-schooling he still needs help balancing & seeing strides when jumping, but is brave and bold.
Jasper does crib occasionally, he never does this in the field, but in his box, especially at feed time can crib a fair bit……. This has never caused an issue and not something that personally bothers us as he doesn’t do it when out. He is still a baby so please no nervous or inexperienced riders.
