"Flossy" Bay Mare Light Hack

Flossy.

Gorgeous mare for sale. I've owned Flossy for the past 4 years and have enjoyed lots of hacks up into the hills and beach rides. She has done a bit of jumping. She is part standardbred so we don't do a lot of schooling as she finds it hard and when nervous she will do a pacing trot instead of an English 2 beat trot or canter, but once settled she can go quite lovely. This is the reason I'm selling her as my daughter is now looking for this height of pony but wants to try out for dressage leagues and competition, but I don't think Flossy will enjoy that. She is a very sweet mare and really tries her best, but can be unsure and nervous occasionally so she would suit a knowledgeable home who can work slowly and get the best out of her.

She is good a being lunged and long reined (she might have been a ride and drive pony with her previous owners?)

Flossy is up to date with vaccinations, the dentist and farrier. She stands perfectly for them all. She's great to load and travels well in the trailer and loves a bath.

She has no lumps and bumps and has clean legs.

She is a lovely pony and will make someone very happy if hacking is your thing, or you have the time, patience and knowledge to establish a better trot and canter to create an amazing all rounder.

Can hack alone, but we tend to always hack out in company. She runs with mares and geldings.
