This pony is an absolute one of a kind.
She is beautiful inside and out, she has the most wonderful temperament, does not have a bad bone in her body. She loves people, has such a kind heart, will stand for hours to be groomed and fussed over. She is so willing to everything that is asked of her and will always give her best. She is such an honest pony.
She is well established in walk, trot, & canter. She has been schooled, jumped, and had groundwork done with her. She has been out on cross country courses, been out to dressage shows, & arena hires. She loves her work and she loves to jump. Obviously she is not perfect, there is opportunity to progress with her and try new things together. Due to her build and her breeding she is on the forehand and we have been working to get her using her behind muscles and she has come a long way from where she was.
She is perfect on the ground, responds to all cues, loads and travels perfectly, stands for the vet, farrier, dentist, & physio. She’s had regular farrier visits every 6 weeks, seen the dentist every year, and is all up to date with her vaccinations. She has never been lame or had any injuries, clean limbed. She does unfortunately suffer in summer with mites due to her breed she has feathers but this is easily maintained with making sure her legs are clipped, injections if needed, & mite repellent cream. She does also have mallanders again due to her breed but also very manageable. In the summer, they are absolutely fine it is just in winter when they flare up but this can easily be managed with antibacterial wash & mallanders and sallenders cream. She is good to be clipped however she can sometimes be a bit sensitive with clipping her legs but this can easily be managed with sedation or with a leg being held and food.
Emma absolutely loves her food, she lives off fresh air, & and is incredibly hardy. Since I have had her she has never needed any food except when the fields have been dry/no grass which I feed her happy hoof molasses free. You will never have to worry about her being skinny. She is happy to live in or out, I have had both with her. The last couple of years I have had her out 24/7 as I find it’s just better for her body allowing more movement. She has never had any issues with any other horses or ponies & is happy to be with either gender.
Emma comes with all of her things, a million and one rugs for all weathers (she never needs them), all tack, lunging equipment, & haynets & food.
I have had Emma since she was 4 and she has been a dream come true. I do not want to sell her but due to my current circumstance with going to university and my financial situation I have made the decision to. I am in no rush to sell her, she deserves the world, so I will be making sure she goes to the best home that is right for her.
Emma has so much to give, she would be perfect for a mother daughter share, a teenager, a child who wants to go to pony clubs, or an adult who just wants to have some fun.
This pony is a real sweetheart.
