Emily has been a great family pony who isn't a push-around plod! Her local Pony Club DC was desperate to keep her in county so that is a testament to her talent. She is reliable, dependable to keep parents heart-rate in check but has plenty of spunk to keep the adventurous child active and entertained. She may also suit a petite adult who isn't seeking high-level competition but a competitive-spirit!
She's easy on the ground, with farrier and vet but does require sedation for clipping. She loads, travels and stands at a trailer with no fuss. She can live out 24/7 or will come into a stable. She needs an occasional lure to be caught (her bucket or a treat) but thrives on routine and will bring herself onto the yard when she knows her regular schedule!
She's truly a rare sort combining energy and talent with dependability and is definitely a great pony to bring youngsters up the levels but she flourishes best with a confident jockey.
Currently residing RG20 with trainer who has trained her for the last year and a half and has taught her previous jockey with her who has now moved onto a horse, hence her sale as she is wasted as a field companion.
