A very sad sale of our beautiful 10-year-old, 16hh black Thoroughbred mare. This is a much-loved horse and she is only being offered for sale due to pregnancy, so finding her the right home is incredibly important to us.

She is a striking mare with a lovely presence and has a varied background. She was lightly raced, and we know her history, which is something we feel is a real bonus.

She has experience across all three disciplines and has competed/trained to Novice level in XC, showjumping and dressage. She has also attended group fun rides and is fantastic in open spaces, making her a fun and versatile horse for someone wanting to enjoy a variety of activities.

Like many mares, she can be mare-ish on the ground and occasionally under saddle, but this really is more of a scary face than a scary horse! She can pull a funny expression and show some attitude, but she is a much-loved mare who has given us some wonderful experiences.

This is a genuinely heartbreaking sale, and we are looking for a knowledgeable, caring home where she will be loved and appreciated. She is not being sold as a novice ride, and we would prefer enquiries from experienced homes who understand Thoroughbreds and mares.
