Domino aka Bon bon, aka Coblet-knoblet is a stunning 14.3 hh Piebald, 18 yrs traditional Cob gelding. He is great to catch, shoe load and clip. In his previous home he did lots of inhand showing, regularly qualifying for Hickstead. His previous owner did lots of hacking and cross country (videos of this available). He gets fat on fresh air so will not break the bank to feed. Happy to live in or out ( but I tend to stable at night in winter so he has been stabled this past winter, he will need his hay soaking). He is not a boring ride and can step up a gear if necessary, he has been known to put in a very small excitable buck so for that reason I would say he not suited for novices. He was a driving horse in his previous life and so is bombproof when out and about. He thinks he is a circus pony, so if there is anything within a ten mile radius that he can climb on or throw about he will. If you have a weak bladder, you better watch out because he will have you in stitches. Now for his more ‘questionable’ attributes: Can be a little unruly leading in from field if windy or rainy and will probably test you to the limit if both combined. If there ever was an argument that horses could have ADHD it would be a study of this guy! He has never quite settled on a busy yard, so a quieter yard would suit him better. He needs an adult who has the knowledge and time to love him, spend time with him, put him in a routine and have some fun with him. Unfortunately, since getting him last year a combination of poor health and not having a saddle to fit has meant he has been entirely wasted and I have had to accept the sad fact that despite my mind being willing, my body is not. I want him to find his person and for that reason I will give consideration to all sensible offers. The right fit for this special boy is more important than price.
