"Dave" Chestnut Gelding Project Horse

Dave is a 15.2h, 5yr old (6yrs next month) Australian tb gelding. Dave is the sweetest boy you’ll ever meet, first over in the field and always up for a cuddle, he’ll follow you round like a dog and comes to call. He’s at the bottom of the herd (he’s been bossed around by a 10h Shetland in his last home but is currently with someone at his ‘level’ and they’re best friends) and he wouldn’t hurt a fly, he stands nicely for vaccines and has recently had the dentist out where he had a wolf tooth extracted

Dave was lightly broken as a 3yr old on a polo yard and hasn’t done much since. Dave is nervous on his own and needs more work learning that it’s okay to be on his own

I bought Dave thinking he’d done more than he had and he is terrified of the donkeys on our yard which has prevented me from doing any work with him so he’s just been a field ornament for a while

Feet are being done this week, worm count was the other day and being wormed asap and vaccinated the other week (it lapsed so needs doing again in a few weeks unfortunately)
