"Crystal Moon" Chestnut Gelding Ex Racehorse

Moon is a smart 16.3, 9 year old tb gelding. He retired from racing at the end of last year and had the winter off for some downtime. We brought him back into work in the spring. He proved very easy to restart. He is the same if ridden daily or left for a week. We have mostly hacked Moon but he has done a small amount of work in an arena and been put through a couple of grids. He has proved to be very careful with his feet over poles and really thinks about it. He does move nicely so could potentially do RoR showing or dressage and he does love being in the arena. Although he has been ridden in the arena, we haven’t done any real schooling with him so he would be a black canvas for someone to make into what they want. He is fab to hack in company; sometimes you may even need to kick him along. He also hacks alone but hasn’t done much of this so he can sometimes whinny and be spooky. Moon is a kind horse who deserves a lovely home to enjoy a second career. Please message me for some more videos or information
