Arioso is just 16 and has competed extensively in France and would be registered as Grade A with BSJA. He has jumped up to 130 and would quite happily continue around 110/115. He is very experienced, always looking for the next fence, established changes and is kind and very honest. He is totally unphased by show enviroments, loads himself and travels well. He hacks alone or in company, is fine with traffic, tractors and buses etc. He is good to catch and shoe and you can clip him quite happily up to his head which he is not keen on. He is up to date with shoes, teeth and worming and had a recent chiropractor visit with no problems. He is sound and had clear x.rays two years ago when I bought him.
He prefers his own company in the field and he bucked me off once on a freezing morning after he had just been clipped. He is rather laid back with flatwork but loves to jump and was happily schooling at Felbridge last week. He is ready to go out competing now. He is affectionate and an easy horse to look after, a very good doer. He has much to teach someone coming off ponies onto horses or want something reliable to compete on.
