The park has a 10 month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year) and doesn't have any caravan age restrictions for owner caravans. The park facilities have recently been upgraded with a new clubhouse, a new Wetherspoons, a re-vamped 'owners-only' yacht club, new takeaway restaurants, and a new Adventure Village for children. This season saw the opening of a new swimming complex with flumes, and absolute favourite with the youngsters. The park also has a fishing lake, nightly entertainment, arcades, sports court, 24hr security, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy.
