VSCB / Personal Assistant - Support Worker

I am looking for support 5 nights a week and there is flexibility in the nights worked which can be discussed to suit both parties. Start time 10.30pm, Finish time 7.30 am (9-hour shift). This is a job-share position.

The PA is required to drive, must hold a clean driving licence, and be prepared to drive the employer’s vehicle.

Employed rate £16.86 per hour. Self-employed PAs welcome to apply. Self-employed rate £21.85 per hour.

Five weeks paid holiday per annum.

Personal Assistant with a keen interest in nursing required for a waking night position. This is an overnight position of between three and five nights a week to cover weekends.

A brittle type one diabetic needs assistance overnight to ensure her blood sugar levels do not drop too low whilst she is sleeping. She also suffers with pain and anxiety and will need assistance with personal care too. There will also be cleaning, washing, and ironing to be done and general household duties. Sometimes there will be shopping to do or other errands to run, therefore a car driver is essential.
