We are seeking an Events Coordinator for a Maternity Cover contract, to commence mid September.
This role will suit a well presented, enthusiastic and organised individual with hotel reception experience and excellent customer liaison skills. You will handle client enquiries either by telephone, email or face to face.
As part of the Front of House team, duties will include day to day administration of private functions, including weddings, and preparing quotations and function sheets accordingly. You must be able to interact with other departments to ensure the appropriate planning and smooth running of each event and possess excellent computer, social media and communication skills. The role also involves some reception shifts and will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
