When farmers need to feed their sheep and cattle quickly and efficiently, the Chapman TF350 ATV livestock feeder, sometimes known as a sheep snacker is the ideal solution.
It is ideally towed behind an ATV quad bike, UTV utility vehicle, tractor, or similar. It has an unrivalled 300mm ground clearance to cope with almost any terrain.
Instead of manually feeding the animals using heavy bagged feed into animal troughs, the TF350 sheep snacker allows you to accurately measure and drop the feed in correct amounts from 0.5 Kg to 2 Kg approx.
The speed of the ATV quad bike or similar towing vehicle decides what distance is between each drop.
The digital counter means you know exactly how much feed is dropped each time and has the feature to either count up or count down the amount of feed drops to ensure the correct feed levels are maintained.
Other good benefits of this system mean that the farmer can concentrate on checking the condition of his cattle, sheep or other livestock.
