The role will suit someone who is organised, proactive with problem solving and has a great telephone manner.
About the role:
Process Gardoo web orders via our Oracle Netsuite platform Provide our yard team with picking tickets Process the orders on to our haulier portals Liaise with hauliers to ensure smooth delivery of consignment of goods Respond to questions and queries submitted via email from web order customers Answer incoming calls from web order customers and handle any questions or queries Provide web customers with ETA’s of their delivery General admin
Full training will be provided.

Once you receive an offer, arrange pickup and delivery times with the bringer, accept the offer and wait for your items to arrive at your door.
Your card is never charged until your item has been successfully delivered, and there is no cost for posting a request.
